Rental Details

• Rentals do not include lift tickets or lessons.
• Multi-day rentals must be used consecutively.
• Rental pick-up locations:
• Winter Park base: Village Rentals, West Portal Rentals, or Zero Creek Gear House (Premium/Demo only).
• Mary Jane base: The Jane shop
• You may pick up your rentals between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM the day before from the shop where you rented your equipment.

Carefree Cancellation

• Cancel rentals penalty-free up to seven days before the start date or rebook for later in the season.
• You may rebook rentals up to 9:00 AM the day before their scheduled date without rebooking fees. Price differences apply.
• If you cannot use your purchased rental during the current season, you may request to use a resort credit within one year.
